Anyone can make promises during a walkthrough. We’d rather show you. We start with a normal janitorial reset, then return on the agreed schedule to keep your building at that standard.

Complete the initial six-month service agreement and all agreed Month 1 janitorial visits are free.
If you leave before six months, the reset remains free; you pay the agreed regular rate only for the recurring maintenance visits after the reset that were waived in Month 1. Specialty work outside a normal janitorial reset is quoted separately before work begins. Full offer terms.
