We agree on your regular service rate, schedule and janitorial scope before the first cleaning. Your first regular bill starts in Month 2.

We make the scheduled recurring visits and conditionally waive their agreed regular rates.
Regular billing.
We bill the agreed rate starting in Month 2 under the initial six-month service agreement.
Month to month.
Service continues month to month, subject to the cancellation notice stated in your agreement.
The straightforward part
The reset is on us either way.
Complete your initial six-month agreement and every agreed visit in Month 1 costs you nothing.
If you leave before six months, we won’t charge you back for the reset. You’ll pay only the normal agreed rate for the recurring maintenance visits after the reset that we previously waived in Month 1.
Example: weekly service at $150 per visit
First reset visit: free, regardless.
Three remaining Month 1 maintenance visits: $150 each, conditionally waived.
Complete the initial six months: $0 for Month 1.
Leave early: $450 becomes payable for those three maintenance visits. The reset remains free.
The exact visit count depends on your agreed schedule and the calendar.
What the reset includes
A real cleaning reset.
We address normal janitorial catch-up: accumulated dirt, edges, corners, restrooms, fixtures, break rooms, glass, touch points and other overlooked details in the agreed cleaning scope. This is a genuine first-time cleaning, not a quick walkthrough with a vacuum.
Specialty work is quoted separately.
Severe buildup, biohazards, post-construction cleaning, large debris or cleanouts, carpet extraction, floor stripping or restoration, exterior window projects and other unusually intensive work fall outside the normal free janitorial reset. We identify and price any such work during the walkthrough, before you authorize it.
